Negative Room is a free online tool that converts scanned film negatives into positive digital photographs. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• Not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you upload. By uploading images, you grant Negative Room a limited license to process and store your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Data Storage

• Anonymous users: Images are automatically deleted after 24 hours
• Registered users: Images are stored until you delete them or close your account

We recommend keeping backups of your original files.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Negative Room shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service.
